Apart from exhibiting the ARNOLD range of vices, Fresmak will be showing real clamping examples of difficult work-pieces with the use of vices.
We would like to show that the vice is a much more versatile clamping system than is generally thought. Jaws specially designed to part configuration are a quick and economic solution.
When the jaws wrap around the work-piece, the grip is improved and provides optimum cutting conditions for machining. These applications can be used in all ARNOLD models including the ARNOLD SC.
Also exhibited is the jaw designed for clamping parts on the higher surface of the jaw by means of standard inserts which can be interchanged or modified if necessary and are reasonably economic.
We will be showing the pendular jaw specially suited for clamping non-parallel parts for first operation procedures.
Another novelty at the EMO show is the wide variety of clamping possibilities that can be achieved with the ARNOLD MB2 vice with the use inserts and pendular jaws.
The clamping knowledge acquired by Fresmak in the course of time provides a great opportunity for visitors to discuss problems and receive ideas for the most suitable solutions.
