Fresmak provides a repair service for its customers.

Arnold vices have a long product life cycle. However, in the course of time, use and wear, the spindle might lose pressure. If this is the case, Fresmak offers a maintenance and repair service that guarantees the correct performance of the vices to all Arnold customers. This guarantee covers only spindles repaired at Fresmak. Fresmak carries out repairs with the objective of converting damaged vices into good as new products.

Repairs cover the following procedures:

1. Dismounting and cleaning.
2. Valuation and quotation/offer prior to repair.
3. After acceptance of quotation, repair and replacement of damaged parts.
4. Assembly.

Arnold vices are robust and designed to work in difficult conditions. Repairs are normally centred on the spindle. We therefore recommend customers to send only the spindle so as to avoid unnecessary shipment costs.
